The Gloria Wille Bell and Carlos R Bell Scholarship Program
Open to Virginia residents who will be or are a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science or another related scientific field in the College of Engineering or the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Must have graduated or graduate with a GPA of at least a 3.0.
