Communications Disorders Foundation of Virginia – Henry C. Hecker High School Scholarship
Each spring the Communication Disorders Foundation of Virginia awards the Henry C. Hecker High School Scholarship to a high school senior who is hearing impaired, who has a B average, and who is pursuing education beyond high school (vocational, college, etc.).
